Queen Elizabeth II‘s spirit lives on with her loved ones.
More than three years after the monarch died at age 96, the royal family celebrated what would have been her 100th birthday.
Ahead of the April 21 milestone, Elizabeth’s son King Charles III and his wife Queen Camilla visited the “Queen Elizabeth II: Her Life in Style” exhibition at The King’s Gallery at Buckingham Palace. The exhibit featured the largest display of the late royal’s fashion, including her iconic rainbow of coat dresses and her pearl-adorned ivory silk wedding dress from 1947.
After admiring his mother’s stylish collection of more than 300 items, Charles and Camilla attended a viewing for the Queen Elizabeth Memorial at the British Museum April 21.
The royal couples were then joined by Prince William and Kate Middleton—parents to Prince George, 12, Princess Charlotte, 10, and Prince Louis, 7—later that evening for a reception at Buckingham Palace in honor of Elizabeth.
