Paloma Wool Fall 2026 Ready-to-Wear Runway, Fashion Show & Collection Review

For fall 2026, Paloma Wool blurred the line between office discipline and private fantasy.

The brand’s founder and designer Paloma Lanna said the collection was grounded in various structures and formal silhouettes that remind one of “an inherited wardrobe, evoking a professional environment, very strict and disciplined.”

Sharp tailoring and precise construction did the heavy lifting, backed by leather accessories and officey bags whose magnet-fastened straps doubled as design details across the collection.

On top of that, she introduced mischief. “We wanted fantastical and mischievous elements to break this discipline,” she explained. Nylon bows, stuffed animals and bright colors punctured the seriousness of the looks, pushing the idea of prolonged adolescence inside a grown-up dress code.

That concept came from the brand’s collaborator, Japanese artist Fumiko Imano. “She was carrying her stuffed animals inside her bag, and she told us they were like an emotional support animal when traveling away from home in a professional environment. She felt secure with them,” Lanna added.

The show itself was staged as an office rebel party, with the runway covered with pale blue confetti. “When you entered the space, it was quite compact and reminded one of this discipline and structure, and when the models walked through, as confetti went everywhere, the order was broken,” she explained.
