Mikey Madison returned to the Oscars red carpet in classic Giuseppe Zanotti sandals and a burgundy dress on Sunday night at the 98th Academy Awards at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles.

The Oscar winner wore the Giuseppe Zanotti Lilibeth 105 sandals. The delicate shoes feature a stiletto heel measuring 4 inches. The shoes are designed with a slingback strap that wraps gently around the back of the heel.
The sandals feature an open-toe design with a round, almond toe, adding a layer of timelessness to the style. A toe strap, which narrows toward the center creating a delicately pinched design, holds the foot in place. The Italian footwear designer offers the Lilibeth in a variety of materials, colors and heights, starting at $200.
She paired the heels with a custom Dior dress in burgundy. The dress gathered at the hip, creating a high slit that revealed her right left and allowed her shoes to peek through. The dress featured slim straps draping down the shoulders and a corset bodice. She completed the Oscars look with a Tiffany & Co. diamond necklace.
Madison was among 2025’s awards season darlings, not only for the nominations and awards she received for her performance in the Best Picture Oscar-winner “Anora,” but also for her fashion choices.

Styled by Jamie Mizrahi throughout 2025, Madison’s Oscar look at last year’s ceremony, at which she won the Academy Award for Actress in a Leading Role, featured the actress in a Dior Haute couture look inspired by the 1956 spring collection by the eponymous designer. She accessorized the look with a Tiffany & Co. Archives necklace in platinum-iridium with diamonds, among other jewelry pieces.
Following the 2025 Oscars, Madison’s connection to both Dior and Tiffany & Co. evolved. That September, the actress was named Dior creative director Jonathan Anderson’s first ambassador during his tenure at the French luxury fashion house. A few months prior in April, Madison starred in Tiffany & Co.’s HardWear campaign alongside Anna Weyant and Greta Lee.

Hosted by Conan O’Brien, who returns for a second consecutive year as master of ceremonies, the awards show takes place at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles. “Sinners” leads the night’s nominations, with a record-setting 16 nods including Best Picture.
