Rose, 40, said that she wasn’t initially interested in filing a police report over the alleged incident or any other sexual crimes that she’s experienced over the years, but she had since decided to seek legal action against Perry, 41.
“I imagine they are past their statute of limitations, but all the more reason to try,” she wrote on Threads April 13. “I have a long list, it will probably take more out of me than I’m prepared for, but I will come back here to update others on the process, as soon as I am ready.”
One day after Rose made her allegations and Perry’s reps denied them, the Batwoman actress said she had finalized her reports.
“This means I am no longer able to comment, repost,” she added, “or talk publicly about any of those cases, or the individuals involved.”
