Jamie Lynn Spears is getting emotional about a major motherhood milestone.
The Zoey 101 alum shared photos of her daughter Maddie Watson heading off to her senior prom, admitting that she was experiencing some pretty big feelings about the occasion.
“SENIOR PROM,” the 34-year-old captioned her March 9 Instagram post. “I am fine, totally not cryingggg.”
The accompanying photo carousel showed Maddie, 17, donning a sparkly white floor-length gown along with a floral bouquet adorned with pink ribboning. She posed for pics with her 7-year-old sister Ivey Watson—whom Jamie Lynn shares with husband Jamie Watson—and friends, as well as her prom date, who wore a complementary all-white suit with a pink tie.
And amid the festivities, Jamie Lynn—who welcomed Maddie in 2008 with ex Casey Aldridge—poked fun at her heightened emotional state, ending the carousel with a still of her sobbing during her 2023 stint on I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!
