British fashion and accessories label Kurt Geiger London has tapped a famous matriarch, Tina Knowles, to star in its latest Mother’s Day campaign, highlighting a selection of handbags.

The Steve Madden Ltd.-owned brand believes that the style icon, author, philanthropist and mother captures “the spirit of modern motherhood — elegant, expressive and rooted in legacy.” The campaign aligns with the upcoming rerelease of Knowles’ book “Matriarch: A Memoir,” which will feature previously unpublished chapters of the project, which initially came out last year.

Kurt Geiger’s spring 2026 Mother’s Day collection features five exclusive pink handbag styles, ranging from a sparkling embellished clutch to a purse with floral appliqués.
The campaign video, shot in Knowles’ home, features the matriarch getting ready to go to Mother’s Day tea with her grandchildren. She comments on the different purse options: “This one says ‘tea party.’ This one’s cute. Aw, this one is from my grandbaby. But look at this color though. Aw, the twins gave me this one.”
The grandmother of six heads out wearing all the purses — why? “Cause grandma don’t play favorites.”
