The Real Housewives of New York City star’s husband filed for divorce in New York April 2 after nine years of marriage and nearly 20 years together, according to a court docket viewed by E! News.
In the filing, Craig is listed as the plaintiff, filing for a summons and complaint, or instigation of a lawsuit. Silva—mom to London, 14, and Rio, 8, with Craig—is listed as the defendant and has yet to address the filing publicly.
E! News has reached out to reps for Silva and an attorney for Craig but has not yet heard back.
Silva joined RHONY in its 2023 recast season alongside Erin Lichy and Jessel Taank, while Craig has made occasional appearances in the series.
And just last season, Silva addressed rumors that she “stole” her husband from his previous wife head-on.
“I met David six years after he got a divorce,” Sai explained during the ninth episode of Season 15. “I have his divorce paperwork.”
